Burnaby Commercial Painting Co is a Burnaby-based commercial painting company serving Metro Vancouver. We focus exclusively on commercial, industrial, and institutional painting — we don't do residential work, and we don't mix the two. Commercial painting at the scale Metro Vancouver demands requires dedicated crews, commercial-grade equipment, and a workflow built around active buildings and occupied spaces. That's the business we've built.

The types of buildings we paint regularly: strata buildings and HOA-managed properties, mid-rise and high-rise commercial towers, warehouses and distribution centres, light manufacturing and industrial facilities, retail and restaurant tenants, offices and professional spaces, and heritage-designated buildings in Burnaby and New Westminster. Each of these requires different coating systems, different scheduling approaches, and different coordination with property managers, strata councils, or general contractors.

We work across Metro Vancouver from our Burnaby base — Vancouver, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Surrey, North Vancouver, Richmond, Delta, Langley, and beyond. Our crew is fully licensed, carries commercial general liability insurance, and is covered under WorkSafeBC on every project. Working at Heights certification and swing stage operator tickets are current on the crew members who need them. We document as-found conditions, provide product data sheets on request, and run clean, organized job sites.

What We Don't Do

We don't cut corners on surface prep. We don't apply standard latex over substrates that require elastomeric. We don't reprice a job after we start it. We don't disappear mid-project. We don't send a different crew than the one that quoted the job. These sound like obvious baseline practices — and they are — but they're the things that differentiate a commercial painting crew from one operating at commercial scale.

Credentials and Compliance

All work is performed in compliance with WorkSafeBC OHS Regulation Part 4 (General Hazard) and the applicable trade-specific sections. Crew members hold current Working at Heights certification. Swing stage and boom lift operations are performed by certified operators. We carry commercial general liability insurance and are covered under WCB — certificates of insurance are available on request. We're members of the BC Construction Association.
